Listings for The Heritage on Fillmore (at 1310 Fillmore Street) were just put on the MLS.
This is a new and very exciting development in the Fillmore District. On the ground level it will have Yoshi’s Jazz Club and Japanese Restaurant, and the Blue Mirror Restaurant and Lounge, featuring Caribbean soul food. Because there aren’t many high rise buildings around, views from the higher floors are excellent.

There are only 80 condos in the building, and they’re been selling well. It is expected that the units will be delivered to owners as early as the end of May.
At under $700 per square foot, these listings are a pretty good value.
