Unhappy owners at 200 Brannan warn others about buying at a Lennar development in this report by the Chronicle. Very interesting piece. I like the building a lot, myself, and it seems the majority of owners are pleased — but no wonder these particular folks are disgruntled — over two years to get their problems fixed!
